But it is the absence itself, the emptiness within you, that you have to be willing to experience, not the one who…

I Wanna Get Naked!
Do I have your attention? Some of you may be shocked, some of you may be sickened, some of you may be saying to yourself, “What they said is true, he's nuts!”
OK, let me explain what I mean, which could make it worse, but here it goes: A few years back I was invited to speak at a men's retreat. The thought occurred to me that I should begin the first session by coming out naked! Yep, buck-naked!!!!!! OK, maybe some sandals to protect my delicate feet, other than that, come o…

The little church here in HB is really starting to worship and slowly starting to understand what it is were doing during that time, and the Lord is touching hearts and showing us who he is. Just wanted to say that know matter what we go through the lord is with us, as for me im learning this more and more with each trial that comes my way. Sometimes I feel so alone and seek to hang out with freinds or see a movie or play my guitar, but when I finally surrender and just sit at his feet and allow him to love me. Then I know that whatever im going through is but seriously for a min, but I will be with hm for infimy. So many times so many trials and yet he is right there by my side wal…

I like to laugh-- it's one of the things I enjoy about my wife, Mary Anne-- she makes me laugh. Laughter is the music of the soul -- even if mine is heavy metal sometimes.

The lord is so faithfull, I got my passport back, so it looks like I will be going to el salvador in august. I was a time of faith that I didnt have, really didnt think I was going to get it. I thought my pass sin's were catching up with me like they have in the pass. But again he reminds me who really is in charge, and whome the son sets free is free indeed. thank you for praying for me. Seek first the kindom of god and all his rightiousness and all these things will be added unto you, we all know the scripture and no doubt the song. But what does it really mean to "Seek First". When our backs are against the wall, bill's, kids, job, school, attacks, emotions, financies. I know that our faith isnt based on emotion and our God reigns no matter what we are going through and he will never leave us nor forsake us.

Just got back from a men's retreat and it was truly a "time of refreshing" there was brokeness, restoration, healing, teaching of the word, and most of all there was some intimate worship. I had such a blast and was able to minister and even share some things that I strugle with, with some very godly men and we just loved and prayed for eachother.. In his grip. Ernie

This is a great time of shaking. I have never seen so many people at one time being shaken to their very core. So we find ourselves in the best and worst of times. It just depends on what our eyes are fixed on. If it is our circumstance, for many it is the worst of times. But if our eyes are fixed on Jesus, it is truly the best of times, for His presence is being poured out ever increasingly. There is great peace and joy at His feet. And every promise He has spoken to us individually and corpora…

John Wimber, founder of the Vineyard movement, used to say "everyone gets to play." What he meant was that the leadership wasn't going to be doing all the ministry. And that is a good thing because, in most denominations, the pastoral and overseeing authorities were r…
