Whilst admitting my own failure to always send personal note to a prayer request sent to me (and apologise at the same time for not doing so) I understand that the sending of such replies is a tangible expression of Love, which is a fruit of the Spirit. Just like church life however, it is not always possible to pray for everyone yourself and we come to rely upon the Body of Christ ministering to each other, praying and responding as led.
